Welcome to the about section of Penpy-Co Inc. This section will inform you on the past events that are responsible for bringing about Penpy-Co to today's world.
Way back in 1984 a baby was born and given the name Elijah Paul Schmidt. He grew up with a fairly uneventful life: getting hit by a car when he was seven years old, being tormented by neighborhood kids twisting his broken limbs around, and then the divorce of his parents when he was eight. This boy however was blessed with a gift of creativity and the ability to express this in drawing (Yes, I am tooting my own horn! deal with it!) One day he discovered that he could express himself through a simple enough character named Penpy, who's root began as a small tamagotchi-like virtual pet. He adapted the name Penpy (seeing as it is no longer an existing trademark) and developed the character even further. Penpy soon became the living enbodyment of all that was Elijah. One fateful day Elijah took it too far and left penpy aside to write stories that disturbed people. This, however, led to the "putting out" of Elijah from school. When reunited with school he atoned for his past transgressions and picked penpy up again from his roots. Penpy has since grown into the empire that it is today. Owning most of the world's technological trades and intellegences, as well as having devious aspirations of world domination. This brings us to the actual story of Penpy... |

The Hale Bop Comet... Some say that it was an omen. Others say it was just a freak of nature. Others...those of us who know the truth...know that it is something more.
As the Hale Bop comet passed earth in 1997, everyone could plainly tell that it was no ordinary comet because it had two tails. The second tail however was the trail from a space craft. This space craft dropped off from behind the comet as it passed earths view, but it did not totally leave the earth. It landed. The space craft landed in Antarctica. The creature inside was formless and saught a body. At that time the creature had collected little data about this strange planet and thought that the first creatures he came in contact with would be the most intelligent...these, however, turned out to be penguins. The creature, known as Penpy, assimilated the form of a penguin, not to look exactly as one, but a mockery of one, thinking that he was mocking the most intellegent creatures on the planet. It wasn't until later that he realized his mistake. An excursion from the United States was sent to Antarctica to investigate an atmospheric disturbance. There they found the wreckage of Penpy's space craft and then, soon after, found Penpy among the penguins, trying to force them to do labor. The penguins, being small brained water birds, were not complying. Penpy was originally just put off as either a genetic mutation or a new sub species of emperor penguin. In either case, he was brought back to the states and studied...for a time... It was broadcast all over the news, the New Jersey department of Zoological Studies building had been held hostage by unknown forces. When the trauma died down after a 3 day standoff, the hospital was found empty. No bodies of hostages found, no survivers, no data left in the records department, and most of all, no Penpy. It was until three years later that the company known as "Penpy-Co." came to be. The UN initially recognized it not as a company, but as a world power, seeing that it virtually controlled half on the United States seemingly over night. The mysterious figure known as Penpy was at the head of this super power, and was feared by all. Penpy-Co declared a monopoly on the technological market after buying out Microsoft (and sending Bill Gates to do labor on a new moon colony). No one seemed to enforce the monopoly laws that had been set in act, not even the president, they all feared what would happen if they stood in the way. This brings us to today...Will anyone dare stand up to Penpy-Co Inc.? Will today's generation cower as much as the pasts? Fear is inevitable, but it is the ability to over come fear that makes man kind great. The only question is... is it just over coming the fear...or can Penpy-Co Inc. really hold up all the threats that have been made...? The answer I think is obvious, because you are here reading this...you think that you can win...but it is futile... Join us now...and fear not anymore... Join me and you will nothing to fear...nothing at all...not one more fear...and yet...one less... -Penpy Chaos |
